Timothy J. Hogan

Mr. Hogan received his Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii in 1990 and has been in private law practice for over 20 years. Prior to receiving his law education, Mr. Hogan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst majoring in Political Science with a minor in Chinese language.


Mr. Hogan is a trial attorney and has experience in complex commercial litigation primarily in Federal courts including Antitrust, Copyright, RICO and Bankruptcy related litigation in Hawaii and on the mainland.


Mr. Hogan is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of  Hawaii as a member of the Hawaii Bar.  In addition, Mr. Hogan has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
